Our website provides information about our services. Our online applications are provided for use by our customers, employees, and authorized business partners in connection with restoration projects and related services. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and only as intended.
SERVICES AND AGREEMENTS
Information on this website is provided for general purposes and is not a binding offer. Restoration services are governed by the written agreements you sign with us, including our Work Authorization. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND COMMUNICATIONS
When you sign documents electronically through our applications, you consent to conduct that transaction electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law. You agree that we may communicate with you by phone, text message, and email regarding your project.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content, branding, and software on this site and in our applications belong to Disaster Masters or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This website and our online applications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disaster Masters is not liable for damages arising from use of this website or interruption of its availability. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute arising from use of this website shall be brought in the courts of Garland County, Arkansas.

SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description. Disaster Masters operates a customer follow-up text message program. After we complete a property restoration job, we may send a message thanking you and inviting you to leave a review of our work. This is the only type of text message sent under this program.
How you join. Participation is entirely voluntary. Consent is collected verbally and in person by our project manager at your property during an active job, and is recorded in our internal system with the date and the employee who collected it. We do not purchase or import phone number lists, and we do not message anyone without an existing business relationship with us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than two messages per completed job: one request and, if we do not hear back, one follow-up.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Disaster Masters does not charge you for these messages; any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not be contacted again through this program. You may also call us at (501) 441-4087 to be removed.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email us through our contact page, or call (501) 441-4087.
Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
