Critical Environment Cleaning

Disaster Masters Arkansas Truck

When a data hall or a hospital wing comes out of construction, “clean” is a specification, not an opinion. Disaster Masters’ Critical Environment Cleaning (CEC) division delivers phased construction cleans and Level 5 final cleans for mission-critical facilities — with HEPA-filtered equipment, trained and carded crews, and documented particle-count verification your commissioning agent can file. Cleaned and verified to ISO 14644-1, serving Arkansas, Louisiana, and North Texas.

Who We Serve

Data Centers

Hyperscale and colocation projects: rough clean through pre-commissioning final clean of data halls, electrical rooms, and white space — airborne particulate verified to your spec (typically ISO Class 8) before Cx sign-off.

Hospitals & Healthcare

ICRA-aware crews for occupied-campus construction: containment discipline, negative air, HEPA filtration, and terminal-clean protocols that satisfy infection control before turnover.

Cleanrooms & Advanced Manufacturing

Cleanroom-protocol cleaning built on IEST recommended practices — gowning, cleanroom-rated consumables, and verification testing.

Why Disaster Masters?

We built this division on experience we’ve been earning since 2006: 20 years of mold, water, and fire mitigation and restoration in the field, with IICRC-certified containment, negative air, and HEPA filtration work across Arkansas and Texas. Our founder earned a Mold Mitigation Certification through Mississippi State University in 2008 — credentials that predate most of the industry’s current playbook. Our crews carry OSHA 10 cards, our supervisors carry OSHA 30, our healthcare crews are ICRA-trained, and every final clean closes with calibrated particle-count testing against your specified ISO 14644-1 class — not a handshake and a broom.
